PREPARATION OF SURFACES:
  • The substrate should be solid, clean, free of loose elements, dust, oil, grease or paint.

  • During the warm months, the substrate should be wet before application in order to have a gradual and smooth drying of the material.

  • If there are exposed iron fittings, they should be thoroughly cleaned of rust and coated with a special anti-rust mortar - anti-rust paint.

APPLICATION:
  • Mix 5.5-6 liters of clean water with 25 kg ( 0.200 gr/1kg ) and mix with a mechanical mixer at low speed until a homogeneous slurry without lumps is obtained. The mixture is ready to use.

  • Wet the substrate thoroughly and apply with a trowel or trowel. For repairs thicker than 15 mm HS-180R is applied in multiple layers. The pot life of the mixture is about 90 minutes.

  • As soon as the mortar starts to dry, we rub for smoothing with a taco made of expanded polystyrene or a sponge or a trowel depending on the final surface we want to achieve.

  • Days with high temperatures or dry air to avoid premature drying of the material keep it moist by sprinkling it with water.

  • Protect it from rain and frost for at least 10 hours.

  • The final finish can be done with putty putty for interior and exterior spaces.
