Alchimica Hyperdesmo Aqua 12kg White

 HYPERDESMO AQUA is based on the innovative water-based polyurethane technology of ALCHIMICA, offering waterproofing in horizontal and vertical surfaces in the most difficult conditions.

It provides excellent resistance to standing water with high resistance to harsh weather conditions and as it is aliphatic, it offers excellent resistance to UV radiation and improves the energy efficiency of a building by reducing the temperature of surfaces.

It is thixotropic, with excellent workability and quick drying which makes it easy to apply to a variety of substrates such as concrete or metal roofs, polyurethane foam, etc. It is applied by brush, roller or spray in two or more layers on both vertical and horizontal substrates, forming an elastic and hydrophobic film.

Applications

Waterproofing, painting and protection: Polyurethane foam, roofs & terraces, elenit and sheet metal, plasterboard and cement board, tarpaulin.

Suitable substrates: Concrete (and fibre-reinforced), cement slabs and tiles, wooden surfaces, galvanized, polyurethane foam.

How to apply

Clean the surface, ideally with a water pressure washer. Remove loose materials, dust, plant organisms, salts, oils, etc. Surface irregularities may need sanding.

Priming: For the application of the primer, consult the Product's Technical Leaflet. For non-demanding applications (where there is no standing water or negative pressure), prime with the product itself diluted with 15% water. For more professional applications, apply the above recommended primers or consult the company's Technical Department.

Consumption

• For waterproofing horizontal surfaces: Minimum total consumption: 1.5kg/m², in two or more layers and according to project requirements.
• For waterproofing/painting vertical surfaces: Minimum total consumption: 1 kg/m², in at least two layers
